This policy explains how Morgane Avéus LLC ("Morgane Avéus", "we", "us"), based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, handles personal information when you visit atelieraveus.com or contact us. We collect as little as possible.

What we collect

Messages and enquiries. This website has no forms, accounts or online checkout. If you email us, telephone us, use an "Enquire" button or message us on Instagram, we receive what you choose to send: typically your name, email address, phone number and the content of your message, including details about a piece or project.

Technical data. Like any website, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical information when a page is requested, such as your IP address, browser type, device, the pages visited and the date and time. We do not use this to identify you personally.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not set cookies of its own, and does not use advertising trackers, analytics or social media pixels.

Third parties that receive some data

Hosting. The website is delivered by a hosting provider, which processes technical data (such as your IP address) to serve the pages and keep the site secure.

Fonts. The site's typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts. When a page loads, your browser requests the font files from Google, which therefore receives your IP address and browser details.

External links. The site links to press articles and to Instagram. Those sites have their own privacy policies and we are not responsible for them.

Email. Messages you send are handled through our email provider.

We do not sell your personal information or share it for marketing.

How we use it, and why

We use messages and contact details only to reply to you, to discuss and deliver commissions, orders and projects, to send quotes and invoices, and to meet legal and accounting obligations. We rely on your request or consent, the performance of a contract with you, our legitimate interest in running a design practice, and legal obligations. Technical data is used only to operate and secure the website.

How long we keep it

We keep correspondence for as long as needed to respond to you and to carry out any work we do together, and afterwards for as long as the law or our legitimate business records require. We then delete it or anonymise it.

International transfers

We work with clients, makers and service providers in several countries, and our providers may process data outside the United Arab Emirates. Where this happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure your information remains protected.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask for access to the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its use, to withdraw consent at any time, and to receive a copy of it. To exercise any of these rights, email morgane@atelieraveus.com. If you are unhappy with our response, you may contact the data protection authority in your country.

Security

The website is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please avoid sending sensitive information, such as payment card details, by email.

Children

This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
