Taking inspiration from the vanities artistic movement of the 17th century, the Memento Mori set is a collection of symbolic objects made to remind viewers of the transcience of life, the futility of pleasure, and the certainty of death.

On one hand, the set of objects are designed from the geometric figure of the square, suggesting pureness and sustainability.

Copper is used here for his quality of changing aspect through tie, air and use. It will therefore, visually change, accompanying the disappearance of the consumables in time.
